Bloom RVA is a community designed for single Black women in Richmond, Virginia, to connect, grow, and thrive together. We organize social gatherings, host group chats on various topics, and create opportunities for building meaningful connections.

Bloom RVA is open to Black women of all ages and backgrounds. Our events are curated with single women ages 25–35 in mind, but all Black women are welcome to join and participate.

Sure you can! We welcome all Black women; however, please note that single women may be prioritized for certain events and programming.

No, joining Bloom RVA is free. However, certain events or activities may have fees to cover venue costs, materials, or other expenses. These will always be clearly communicated in the event details.

We'll host a variety of events, including brunches, coffee meetups, wellness workshops, cultural outings, and more. Our goal is to create spaces where you can connect with others and have fun while exploring what Richmond has to offer.

Currently, Bloom RVA focuses on in-person events to foster real-life connections. However, we may occasionally host virtual events to accommodate members who can’t attend in person.
